Apple solders the storage chips to the logic board, so "not upgradeable" is the standard answer. On eligible boards it is possible. The original NAND chips come off, higher capacity chips go on, and the system is configured and fully tested. That is more storage on the machine you already own, for a fraction of the cost of replacing it.
Eligibility is per model, not universal. It depends on your exact board, its NAND configuration, and which capacities that board supports. Not every MacBook qualifies, and not every capacity jump is possible on every board. Tell us your model and we will give you a straight yes or no before anything else happens.
Storage is the only upgrade we offer. Apple Silicon Macs use unified memory that is part of the processor package and cannot be upgraded.
